I think I have felt better overall with taking this Multivitamin. You can clearly see that they dissolve well and I needed something without Calcium and these were the winner. So pleased and they are worth the money!

This multivitamin is a good investment. I have noticed an elevated level of energy after taking it the first month. More costly multivitamins I took for years did not provide me with the vigor I'm surprised to have at age 80.

I haven't had the opportunity to decide just yet. As with all supplements, you've got to take them for about a month to see a difference. I do like that you only have to take one a day, the pill isn't to big, I have had no side effects, even when taking on an empty stomach and i can take them with my other meds with no contraindications. I may be ordering more. Stay tuned.
