Why did you pick this product vs others?: Beautiful semi-flush fixture, exactly as described and very easy to install. Based on past negative reviews, it seems like they corrected the issue with the difficulty installing the bulbs...my fixture came with 7 of 8 bars on each bulb cage pre-installed, and one left off which makes it a simple matter to install a 4" - 5" bulb and screw in a single bar per bulb. Color was great and all parts were included, and the fixture is certainly sturdy and well-built at this price point.

This is more then I expected. It looks so nice, very vintage. I added 3 LED 60 watt bulbs and we lite up the whole kitchen like a spot light. Wow was that nice trying to cook dinner, tonight. I love the idea it's not going to be difficult to keep clean. It only took about 10 mins to install, all the parts were there along with fast delivery from Prime. I would highly suggest this light if you have an area that is dark & hard to see. Now if I drop something no need for a flash light unless it went under something. You won't regret this purchase!

I have a walk in closet and I busted the glass dome that shielded it, so I bought this. If you don't know how to unclip the shield, you won't know how to take out the light bulb. Works great. Looks great. I went through a phase where all I would buy is LED light fixtures......and now, I find that those will fail in 5-10 years. So, I'm back to regular light fixtures and purchasing LED individual lights to power. Looks good, Looks good with LED light bulbs.

Pros: - neat steampunk look - quick install Cons: - finish looks cheap, like gold splotches on black, but I decided it was ok for the room it is in - I had to fiddle with the bulbs to get them to light up and it was definitely the fixture's fault - seems a little cheaply made for the price Overall I'm happy with it so I gave it 4 stars, but if I were buying again I would be looking for something a bit higher quality. All the parts were there and nothing was broken, and to be honest if it had a nicer finish I probably would have given it 5 stars. I've included a photo so you can see how the finish really looks.

It was a bugger to put up. If I had another it wouldn't take me so long. It comes with a clip connector that requires a small screw driver for eyeglass(s), that which I didn't have. What bit I could try & tighten wasn't enough to secure the wires. So I removed the clip, stripped some wire & used good old fashioned wire nuts! The plate that secures to the recess mount couldn't be screwed down bc the screws that secure the lamp were to short to accept the nuts. So I secured the plate about 1/4" below the ceiling and now the screws were long enough to accept the nuts. Yes, each wire of the cage must be placed & secured with a nut x 8. If & when a bulb needs replacing, you will have to remove & repeat the process. How often is that? It's a cool light & will compliment my other wire cage pipe vanity lamps. If this light goes on sale again, I might pick up another. Good Luck!

Bought 2 of these for our family room. They look great and add a lot of light in our space. Replacing bulbs is easier than similar styles I considered. It requires removing about 10 small bolts at the end of cage. A little time consuming but not difficult. Installation was fine but I agree the mounting screws could have been longer. There was much for the bolt to grab on to, but eventually I got it. Arrived well packaged and within 2 days of ordering. Overall, very pleased with this light fixture.

I got the five light fixture and it was pretty much already put together when i got it. All you had to do it put in the bulb, replace the one wire that allowed access to bulb and install into fixture. My husband had it up in 15 minutes and I would say I put it all together in about 15 minutes. Definitely a statement piece and unlike no light I have ever seen before. Please see photos

Beautiful ceiling light. It gives off good lighting and was perfect for what we purchased it for. Has the industrial look we wanted. It was actually easy to install and assemble, even with the eight screw caps per cover cage. My daughter and I had it done in about thirty minutes and what took the most time were the screw caps but was totally worth it.
