Purchased this as we use our speaker most frequently out by the pool, and wanted to protect the speaker from dings and scrapes the pool deck paver surface could cause. When sitting this on a table, it offers a little vibration cushion from the speakers bass. Fitment was perfect. Although we won't use the carry strap, I did note that it is not flimsy, adjusts easily, with decent swivel end attachment hardware. Attachment points on the sleeve are beefy enough that I would have no concern over those cracking or breaking from normal use. Use of speaker controls is as easy and effective with the sleeve on as when it is off. Well designed and seems durable.

The perfect carry case for walks with my husband. I saw a review say "it doesn't fit this is garbage" which made me sad because they probably ordered the wrong size case, JBL has different models. So make sure you know which speaker you have so you get the correct size before ordering. It should fit nice and snug. (
