Is there any way to put a pillow case on it in order to wash especially if you i sleep with it every night?

I think a travel pillow case may work. I purchased this for a relative who uses it every night as her pillow. She uses a standard pillow case and tucks it in. I'm sure either would work if you're just looking to protect the pillow. It's quite firm by the way, but she loves it.

Will it fit around a standard office chair? I'm reading different answers.

If your talking about a high back office chair, you will need to measure the top of the chair. The elastic strap is only 10 inches long. If the chair top is not tapered I will say no. You may want to look for something the will hang on the back of the chair. Good luck.

No it's one piece and very compact not bulky at all will fit nicely in a bag for travel

It curves in two directions. (1) The curves you see in the picture give it bulbous-looking ends. Using my flat 12" ruler, I would say it is approximately 11" long. I would say the width you see is 4 1/2" in the center area and 6" at the ends. (2) It is 3" thick and that curves inward.
