This saves a ton of time on the job. Just clip it to the fish tape, loop the unstripped wires through, pull and cut the loops when the head arrives on the other end. No need to take it off the fish tape between pulls- it can be pushed through the conduit to your partner on the other side of the pull. I have 4 of these. Two per crew and we pull entire jobs in no time at all.P.s. all of mine came with a clip on them not the aircraft cable that some other reviews complained of

Strong and flexible. I’ve been testing different pullers and got to say this is one of my favorites.

This wire leader worked fine. I beat this thing to death. I pulled dozens and dozens of home runs that were solid #10’s. The aircraft cable on the leader finally broke. I then attached a piece of ceiling wire. It worked. If you’re not in the electrical trade, you won’t understand this review.

Showed up completely rusted, still functional though

Staggering wires made easy. This tool isn't on any companies required tool list so it shows initiative to your leadership and makes the life of your trade brothers easier earning you brownie points with them.Bought a few more to keep around. This tool is very popular at my job site and I anticipate it "walking off" at lunch time some day.

Work great with wire pulls. Makes a nice small head. Can pull 8 #10s solid in 1" EMT nicely. Not sure the tension strength of it but I broke it after wire pulls all day.

So much faster than having to tape up the wires when pulling throu the conduit.

I’ve used three of them together pulling 12 x #12rw90 works so good no need for tape the hook is very strong good quality

This has been surprisingly good, strong clip to hold onto the fish tape. I have been pulling through 3/4" core line mainly and has done well.
