Gets cold!
This product gets cold alright! I am glad it comes with two extra round bags to put on my neck. It advertises that both sides can be used, but the soft side really does not get cold enough in my opinion. Fits easy on the face and can watch TV with it on.

Patches of plush Material are stiff and rough
Really like this, but parts of the plush material around the nose and eyes are stiff and scratchy. Works great for a migraine as long as you can keep the scratchy parts away from the skin.

Good for the price
My husband used these after major oral surgery and they worked pretty good. They stayed cold for about 15-20 minutes. We didn’t have any problems with leakage.
