Brilliant Silver Dip Cleaner, Black 8 Oz

This stuff is magic. My jewelry that has been tarnished for probably a year now was cleaned in 30 seconds. My only warnings - it smells like sulfur when it’s working. It’s gross but it’s worth it to have beautiful, clean jewelry again. The smell kinda sticks to the jewelry but I’m hoping it will air out. Also, BEWARE if you have silver-plated pieces with a brass or copper base. I have a necklace from my late grandmother that was silver plated and I didn’t know, and when I put it in this cleaner it immediately turned a gold color, which I think means the thin plating layer was stripped off and if I want it silver again I will have to get it replated…. but the gold color looks far better than the gross tarnished silver it was before so I honestly don’t even care. Super easy to use because it includes a dipping basket and it’s a decent sized container so you will be able to use this solution for a long time. I also have the general jewelry cleaner by this brand and I like it a lot as well. I would definitely recommend if you need something to clean up your sterling silver jewelry.

This was great! My Pandora bracelets were basically bronzed from tarnishing and I dipped them for 30 seconds and they looked 100% better! I used the use the jewelry cleaner in the red container but I think I found a new favorite! It definitely still has that “fishy” jewelry cleaner smell but I don’t that’s with all cleaners!

Excellent on my silver. However the pieces that were black needed extending time. The cleaner didn't completely remove all, but I was afraid to leave them in too long. So, I used my jewelry cleaning cloth to get the residual off and they became shiney again. I am completely happy with the results and recommended this product to everyone. Several pieces in photo were black for over a year. Now I can wear them again.

My Pandora bracelet was black, I didn’t think anything could help it but this brought it back to new! You just dip your item in for 19-15 seconds and the tarnish is gone! I highly recommend!

It works very well the smell is a little bad but the results are worth it.

I’ve used this for many years, quick, and usually easy to use. This time, the plastic seal on top to ensure it doesn’t leak would come entirely off around the edge of the jars making it difficult if not impossible to pull the basket out without making a mess. I Tried pulling plastic rim off with pliers but it comes off in that one pinch size. Would return it, but I bought it before my other jar was completely done and I’ve missed the return window. What a mess.

Product has undissolved grains at the bottom and to try and shake the container to "mix" it....became quite messy as the lid didn't fit properly.

This stuff is amazing for cleaning silver. My silver jewellery was black after being in storage for a period of time. 60 seconds later and some light buffing and it’s good as new.

I had many pieces of silver jewelry I haven’t used in ages because they needed cleaning so badly. I thought it might be too late for some of it but it turned out it wasn’t. I can’t believe how well it worked and quickly! I used a soft toothbrush to clean it and it’s like new again. Very happy with this product. I have a Pandora bracelet with charms so I thought I’d clean those too which was a mistake. They came out all dull like really dull I tried buffing them but it didn’t work. They say they are sterling silver but I’m not so sure considering how clean and shiny all my other silver came out. Anyway I googled it and it turns it’s happened to others and they recommended using baking soda. It took awhile but I got them clean again. I just wanted to add that so others don’t have the same problem as I did.
