This really worked for my knee and given it 4 star because it also helped with my elbow as well for my mother’s arm.

Yes they burn, if it’s too much for you put an ice pack on but it isn’t burning your skin it is just absorbing the herbal remedy I could barely walk because both knees were hurting from some form of arthritis, but I’m now walking around pain-free with the patches on!!!

This product seems to be a little stronger than the others I've tried. The pads also have a preferirated in the middle of the back that is so easy to open.

I bought these to help with me knee pain. I have runners knee and after walking all day my knees start to hurt a lot. I placed one on each knee and the adhesion works great. It stuck right on and has a pleasant scent. The reason I gave this 3 stars was because it ended up burning my knees. It states on the package that you would feel a burn and to leave it on as its a sign its working. But it starred to get irritating and I couldnt keep it on. I think im probably allergic to something in the patch cause after taking it off it was red where the patch was and ended up being very sensitive for two days.
