An Affordable Waterproof Pannier Set
I bought these to go on my 2013 BMW R1200GS. I have the factory GSA racks installed, but did not want to drop a ton of money on aluminum factory panniers. So, I bought these and attached them to a Giant Loop rack adapter. These are quick release racks that allow me to leave the Nelson-Rigg bags attached and quickly remove them from the motorcycle without having to undo all the straps. The bags are very sturdy. The stitch is quite well done. I have taken one trip with them strapped down and have not observed any weakness in the stitching. On my trip I packed all my camping gear, some clothes, and other essential items. The bags are large enough to take my sleeping bag, tent (without the poles), sleeping pad, and cot in one bag. The other bag had clothes, camp stove, toiletries, and other items. I have a Nelson-Rigg Hurricane 50L bag that I put over the passenger seat. That is where long items that do not fit in the saddle bags go. It held my tent poles, camp chair, and with room for more. I did not get a chance to ride these in the rain. However, they work like any other roll top bag and there was no evidence of dust intrusion from riding gravel roads. Based on my limited use, I can recommend these bags, especially if you are looking for large storage at a budget friendly price. I have had a Nelson- Rigg waterproof tank bag for years, and it has never, ever let me down when it comes to keeping my stuff perfectly dry. I expect nothing less from these panniers.

Roomy waterproof, nice quality
These didn't fit my luggage rack and I was going to send them back, but I really liked the quality, so I decided to try a different luggage rack. I paired it with the larger Xitomer Saddlebag Support Rack and it was a perfect fit. The rack holds the bags away from the muffler. They should hold a lot of stuff, they are big! Some people mention that the straps interfere with the water bottle holders. I didn't have any problem routing straps so they won't be in the way. Although I haven't used them yet, they should be waterproof and easy to clean, based on the PVC material they are made from.

Great bags for half the price of the bigger brand names
Awesome bags, couldn't ask for better quality for the price. They've held up in the rain and held up on a couple bike drops including one hard fall in sand. I love the built-in bottle holders, I put a spare fuel bottle on one side and a tumbler full of ice water on the other. The internal bags are convenient but not the strongest, more like woven paper shopping bags, but they do make for quick and convenient removal of contents. Great bags for half the price of the bigger brand names, you can't beat this value.

Hurricane is the best value for entry level gear.
There is not a better value for your dollar than these Hurricane Soft panniers. I have 5000 miles of on road and off road abuse. I have dropped my KLR 650 more several times and no damage whatsoever, granted all have been slow moving drops. My gear stays dry and dust free. The insert bags are nice as it makes loading and unloading a breeze. The material ans sewing is what you expect from a budget value bag. The main bag is great. The fuel bottle pockets work great for plastic water bottles. I can fit a Nalgene bottle in the pocket, but I have to work at it.

Excellent quality, after having three years I would buy again
I’ve had these on my African Twin for 3 years now, I don’t know why you would pay more for another brand. They are very roomy, watertight, have a ton of attachment points, and look good. I really like the interior liner bag with handles that you can just pull out and carry to your tent or cabin when reaching your destination, you could even use it as your shopping bag when making a run to the grocery store. I have a high exhaust pipe on right side and have had no problems with heat on the backside of the right bag.

These bags look great, better than I thought. They are very functional and great value for the money. You will get the biggest band for your buck!

Great bags for any adventure bike
I wanted bags for my Super Tenere and these fit the bill perfectly. They are the typical seal the top and roll up type you find on adventure bikes, however they have a plastic bottom piece that keeps the bags shape. No other bag for adventure bikes I looked at had that. And they have internal bags so you can pull out your stuff without removing the bag. So far it's stayed completely dry in Florida rain and has more Molle connection points than I'll ever use. The bottle holders on the sides work real well as I have no cup holder on the bike, even though the strap that crosses in front of the bottle holder can get in the way sometimes. I was so happy with these bags I ended up buying the rear rack bag and even the quick release all from Nelson Riggs without a problem from any of them.

High Value
Great tough bags that hold a lot. I took off hard cases and went with these instead. Hard cases are little dicey off road if you dab a toe down. Had a friend break their ankle that way. Soft bags have enough give to avoid that problem. The bags are spacious and the removable liners allow you to remove your gear and keep the bags installed. The price made these a high value addition.

They're the perfect size for a decent load of groceries, or a week of camping with a 50L dry bag added across the top. Very well made, though I wish that the buckles didn't melt so easily... Forget to do up the right bag once, and the buckle is going to go straight at the muffler.
