Mine was delivered today and put into use while I ate lunch (on a recliner). It felt heavenly and I have high hopes that good heat is what I've needed in order to heal my cranky knee.This pad is fairly stiff and heavy. I wouldn't be able to use it except with my leg outstretched. I doubt very much if it could be kept up if I were to stand up (and the weight wouldn't be appreciated by my lower back) and it's not flexible enough to agree to a bent knee. I'm 5'4" and it goes from my ankle to just about mid-thigh. The rest of my leg enjoyed the heat that my knee shared.I'm glad I got this. The far infrared is superior to a regular heating pad and this design is more efficient than just draping a pad over the knee.This is just one of several products I've purchased from HealthyLine...totally happy with all of them.

I have arthritis in my knees and this infrared wrap feels wonderful and it is easy to use.
