These are fresh which is much appreciated. They work great for making tasty sauces and flavoring in dishes. I keep them stocked in the pantry for a kick of flavor in Mexican cuisine.

I toast these a little then rehydrate and process all four into a single paste. Have been adding to chili recipes and shrimp fajita recipes. I freeze batches to have handy when needed.
