Winware 13 Inch x 18 Inch Aluminum Sheet Pan, Set of 12

These are pretty good pans. They are a tad thinner than I expected them to be. If they were a thicker metal, i'd give them 5 stars. I can see these having a shorter life-span due to the thinner material. If you are looking for the type of pan used by pro's this is not it, too thin. Otherwise a good pan.

I use these sheet pans daily with a house full of kids and a culinary student. I bought these because we simply needed more than one jelly roll pan. When I opened these, they were wrapped in plastic which was fine, but the sheets themselves had smudge marks on them from the factory which do not buff out. That's a bummer, because they are so pretty and shiny (for now!), and for that they get the 4 stars instead of 5. Aside from that, they wash up like a dream. I do use silicone mats on them when baking just for the anti-stick factor. They are a great size and we really like them though we've only had them a month or so.

These stuck so bad even with cooking spray and a silpat. I don't believe they claim to be non-stick, but my goodness, it was bad. I had some burnt edges on some bars I made and it was a mess. I ended up just throwing the pan out rather than fight and scrub all night with chemicals. At least they were cheap and they served their purpose, however short-term.

These half-size sheet pans replace the too-thin jelly roll pans I'd been using. So far I have used them with parchment to cook a salmon, potato and roasted veggie dinner, and with a bit of crisco to bake a thin-crust homemade pizza. The meals cooked perfectly. I'll post back next spring after they've had some good use to comment on durability, but I think everything is going to be perfect.

Our oven appears to be a normal size, but none of our cookie sheets seem to fit. The snug ones, were especially difficult to remove after heating, as they expanded a tiny bit. They are great sheets. The surface is a bit wider than normal foil (if you like to line your pans, but work great with parchment paper. I highly recommend, and will likely buy another pair.

Just moved into a new apartment and wanted some quality cookware. I definitely recommend getting restaurant grade cookware as it lasts so much longer and is a lot more durable for heavy use. Also, this tree pack was a great deal, it only costs as much as one tray in some cases, and they fit perfectly in my normal-sized oven. I probably wouldn't get full-size sheet trays for home use, as it probably won't fit in your oven, but these half-sheets are perfect!

I literally use it all the time so I don't even take it out of my oven. When I need to bake something, I put it on a bit of tinfoil and just place it on the pan so that I don't really even need to wash it. Great and the fact it does not have nonstick means I feel safe using it and just leaving it in my oven all the time. Can warp a bit in between being hot and cold, but again, since it's not coated in teflon, I feel fine with this and it doesn't bother me.

The cookie sheets are for my daughter. She is 34 years old and uses sheets from the dollar tree and puts foil on sheets then bakes her cookies. I love my cookie sheets I have 6 trays.

My product arrived with dents in the corner and scratches all over it. After waiting for this product to arrive I was disappointed in the poor quality of the sheet. Perhaps I received a defective item but be cautious if you want to order this.

I Just open it. Received it with 3 large dents.. I believe it factory wrong cause it packed very well

Good quality sturdy sheet tray/pan! Fits my 13" by 18" silpats perfectly! Has some heft to it so you know it'll last a while. But it's still thin enough to heat through pretty quickly.

Good quality. Will purchase more.

These aluminum have been very good while baking. Good heat distribution, and I've used it to bake my macarons and croissants.
