For years Pediatricians have recommended that newborns sleep on their backs to reduce the risk of SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome). This pillow has been designed with that in mind. Materials - Outer cover is a Bamboo/Polyester fabric, providing comfort for your baby's precious head. Inner cover is made of a durable nylon. Memory core is polyurethane. Includes One Memory Foam Pillow, One Inner Cover and One Bamboo Pillowcase. Easy and simple to clean. Pillowcase is removable, flip inside-out, hand wash only. Tumble dry low heat, hang or air dry preferred. Inner cover is not removable, wipe clean with a damp cloth, hang or air dry out of direct sunlight.
