I've been using these for about a decade. I love the flavor and the smell of it.They are tea bags, so really easy to use. They come in packets, so I can drop them in a purse or suitcase to take with me if I want to.I think they are a great value, though not at cheap as they were a decade, I'm still willing to buy them.I won't say they are like taking OTC medication, they are more like soothers, calming a throat cough, and soreness, helping mucus drain (the heat does help with that also), and I've just found it easier to function while sick. It works for me.I always add stevia to mine, but I find it very drinkable. It is easy to make, and I have no problem with quality.4.4 stars.
