The consistency surprised me when I pumped It into my coffee mug the fist time, it is a watery consistency, not like syrup. I’ve tried other brand of coffee syrup and they were thick, but this splashed into my cup and needed 3 pumps instead of the usual 1 I take of the thicker brands (Amoretti). I do like that it’s not very sweet and doesn’t have a faux vanilla/chemical taste, but I am not a fan that they add in fake colouring to the product (you can’t tell the colouring anyways once it’s in drinks or baked goods so why bother adding the junk into it?) Overall it is good to use to make vanilla lattes at home, and the seven dollar price of one 750ml bottle of this is very close to the cost of a single large latte at our local cafe and Starbucks so can’t go wrong with that cost breakdown! Also, this comes in a plastic bottle (I couldn’t find that info on the item description when purchasing)
