Super cute design but the sleeve does not protect your hand from the hot cup very well.

Bad lid
Lid is to loose and way to flimsy. Wouldn't be a good to go mug

Paw prints are adorable -even with the paint scraped off
The paint was scraped off a couple of the paw prints when I opened the box. The cup was supposed to be a gift but there was no way I would give it as a gift being it was defective. I decided to keep it for myself because it is really cute. I just hope more paw prints don't scrape off. And the lid does not stay on very well. But again it is really cute-I love paw prints.

less than 16 oz
the cup is not 18 oz. it is less than 16 oz. If size does not matter then it is okay.
