This is a con, the manual says not to exceed 130W / 60V. It has a 200W scale. The deceptive products are despicable. Seems to work.

Useful item for amateur radio when out portable. I am able to see instantly the current consumption and the output voltage. Very nifty unit 5 stars. Here a video of the meter used with a buck converter also from amazon.
