Very nice product, when I purchase in last October 2024 , from that day, it is not working, i deliverd it back to coustomer care centre, by courier, they received, and after 20 days, they send me back , without repair, today i received through blue dart, after receiving i checked and find problem is as it is as , so my friend, never buy it in this life, atherwise who will buy and lose of RS 7000 , dont buy this,

Best product for video conference and it's long distance mic. Very compact product and good build quality.

This device works fine once you figure out how to connect it. USB connectivity worked ok. Bluetooth connectivity has some issues . Blue tooth does not connect automatically if the device is sent to sleep and wakes back up, you need to manually connect it. When the device is being charged, you cannot use the bluetooth speaker and mic. You need to find times to charge it when you are not in the meeting. When both usb and bluetooth are connected, the device shows up as sabine.... This is confusing From a ergonomic design point of view, the mic mute/unmute and power buttons are too close to each other. I have hit the power button at times instead of the mute/unmute

It worked for 6 months, then all of sudden the device stopped working. Sent it to Portronics service center but they returned it after a few days without fixing the problem. Portronics should focus on its product quality and service.

This product the work well. The mute button does not work in Zoom/Teams/Meet but that is okay you can mute from the respective app. Sound is clear. The mic works well and noise cancellations is good.

Liked the purchase. Still using it.

I liked the punctuality of the whole thing, it was seemless.

I purchased this on 20 Dec 2025. It is in excellent condition and lightly used. If anyone is interested in buying, please reply to this comment.
