Will a 3/16 ID tube work with this?

The nozzle of this Mini Air Pump was 4.2mm (±0.3mm) in diameter, and it will work perfectly with your 3/16 inch ID tube.

Is it possible to run 3 of these with 4 AA batteries?

We modified the project in the youtube video to have LED's in series with each pump for each flavor. We had a voltage drop of ~6V across the pump and ~3V across the LED.We tried a variety of batteries and configurations to demonstrate voltage and amperage, from 9V to a 6V lantern battery. I think we ultimately went with two 9V in parallel plus a pair of D cells in series to give 12 V for each pump/LED circuit. Fun project, my daughter gave it to a friend for her 12th birthday. We failed one LED (shorted), we left out the current limiting resistor thinking the motor would help, but I suppose it has an inrush. For what it's worth, red and green LEDs seem more robust than yellow.This device won't keep the pop cold or from going flat, but as a learning experience these pumps are well worth the money.
