I got it for my brother. He ia very pleased with it. Good for heavy deadlifts,pull ups and other pulling exercises

Good quality metal
You can try using them for some extra reps in pullups, they are of strong material, but it can still slip and injure your shoulder, basically good for pros who know what they're doing.

Needs a rubber grip
The handle needs a rubber grip, currently If the bar is smooth it slides and doesnt like stick to one spot and it wobbles.
