Some parts don't last
I have had this for a little over two years now and for the most part it's been great. However, today the large microfiber head fell to pieces. The metal part that sits into the black twist on piece came out and there is no way to screw it back in. So the durability of this is not great. It was only ever used for light dusting working, nothing heavy duty.

Arrived on time and in good condition.
Is much sturdier than I expected. I used this to clean my solar panels andwas able to reach across 4 rows of panels and down 6 rows of panels with no problem.

NOT 20Ft.
Do Not purchase this if you are looking for a 20ft. pole as it is only 12ft. max extension. This pole is sturdy & I love the attachments, however I purchased this pole because the title/description says it extends to 20 ft. It doesn’t as you can see in the pic it only goes to 12ft, which doesn’t work for what I purchased it for. The whole purpose was to be able to reach our 2nd floor eavesdrop to get rid of the spider webs without having to use a ladder. The brush attachment would I believe work well for that (if only the pole actually extended to 20ft.). The instructions even state it only extends to 12ft. so they are using false/misleading advertising knowing that their product could never reach 20ft., total waste of time & money as now I have to drive to UPS to return it. I’m giving it 3 stars because the attachments actually look like they will work, the pole is sturdy & all the attachments were in the box.

For 40 bucks this is an excellent buy. The pole is better than all the others. And the attachments do the job intended. As for the screw ends on the attachments that are mentioned in other reviews, mine have not broken, but if they do, some duct tape and a hose clamp will do the trick. AND, these attachments are exactly the same as all the other brands. I checked. So I still think this is a great value: tool for the money.
