Be careful with its Sideeffects
Hi, I am taking this for the first time since I came to know through a friend this works well. No doubt it works. My average sugar levels fluctuate between 150-170 and after taking one seed Badam a day, it is reduced to 80-90. But 3-4 days I started getting joint pains and neck pain which increased by 5-6 days. I stopped taking for 3 days and joint pains gone. Now I need to take one more time to reconfirm on the side effects.
