2 x Smoke, 1 x Heat Alarm

I recently purchased the Wireless Interlinked Smoke, Heat & Carbon Monoxide Alarm Bundle to ensure my new house was up to code with Scottish fire regulations. I am extremely satisfied with this bundle, as it provides comprehensive and reliable protection for my home. First and foremost, these alarms are incredibly easy to install and set up. They are easy to set up using the YouTube demonstration video, just watch the easy-to-follow video demonstration and then replay back while setting them up. I had one heat detector, 3 smoke alarms and one CO2 detector to link. I used one of the smoke detectors as the master for the rest to link up to once I had turned each of them on. Once they were linked up, I set one of the detectors off to make sure they were linked and then I was ready to site them. Heat detector in the Kitchen, CO2 detector near my boiler, smoke detectors one in the living room/dining area, second one downstairs hallway and third one upstairs on the landing area. I two of the detectors with the 3M stickers that came with the set and the other three I used the screws (but not the raw plugs) that came with the detectors too. Tip, my ceiling is not smooth and so I needed to use 2 of the 3M stickers joined together to allow the smoke detector to stick completely to ceiling. This was OK because I had used the screws for most of them but if I had not then you may need to get more stickers if using this method. Reason I stuck two of my detectors was due to necessity and to save making holes and creating more work for myself. The others, I knew that were they were being placed, they would easily screw to the wall. Why make more work for yourself than what is necessary to complete a job is my motto. Once I had placed then to their relevant site, I did one more test to make sure they were all working. So far, I am completely happy with them. N.B. Make sure to date them with the date of switching them on since they only have a ten-year battery life! enjoy

Easy to install, sticky pad not very sticky so screws needed ( provided ) good and easy to follow instructions. Work as stated and interlinked as promised. would buy again if needed.

This bundle of smoke alarms and heat detector (for the kitchen) are extremely easy to setup and install. There is a video guide you can follow or a manual that takes you through each step. I chose to simply watch the video which was very informative and made setup very very easy. Should you need to, resetting the detectors is incredibly easy and anyone that can link the detectors together will not have any problems being able to reset them. The smoke alarms and heat detectors are very simple to install, and I had no problems doing this. I opted to use the adhesive pads for this part as that is what we have used with other smoke alarms in the past. Using the screws would be an easy task, but the adhesive pads are helpful for individuals like myself that do not wish to drill holes into their walls and ceiling. I tested the alarms by placing them in the three furthest areas of my home. The heat detector was placed in the kitchen. The first smoke alarm was placed in my living room with the door shut. The second smoke alarm was placed in an upstairs bedroom, with the door shut. All alarms linked went off within a few seconds of each other when testing, whether it was testing the smoke alarm first or the heat detector first. I'm happy to say that there were no issues with the connection of all three devices. I can also attest to them being extremely loud. Loud enough to wake anyone in the house up at night, which is exactly what you'd want in the case of a fire. Easy recommendation from me
