3 Sided Autism Toothbrush for Special Needs Kids (Soft/Gentle) - Clinically Proven, Fun, Easy - Only 1 Minute

As one who purchased this item for my special needs child, this should not be limited to those in that demographic. Although my son is able to brush his teeth independently, I still oversee and often times do additional brushing. One of the main reasons for purchasing this toothbrush was to ensure a better cleaning especially around the gum line and back teeth. This toothbrush certainly does that and much more! It does take some getting used to but as with anything with practice you become more proficient. (Even the tongue scraper is a nice added touch.) That being said, although my son does not have any type of sensory issues, the bristles could be a bit softer especially for the younger children. I tried it on myself and it does feel a tab abrasive. To the adult eye, at initial glance, the toothbrush does seem a bit dauting regarding just what to do with it; however, after few minutes of trail and error it becomes apparent of how to best use it. Reiterating after testing it on myself, it did a great job of cleaning my teeth as I have a few dental fixtures on the back of my own teeth. With that, my comment of the marketing to an additional demographic may be warranted. In conclusion, this deserves a high rating.

I require assistance with brushing my teeth and this toothbrush is perfect. My caregiver can reach in and get to my teeth easily, and finish the job quickly. The bristles on this product are amazing and do a good job of polishing the surfaces for a whiter smile. The trick is to press down firmly to be sure the sides separate. Kind of expensive for a single toothbrush and pricier than competing product, but having tried the others I would buy this one again.

When I received this tooth brush the packaging around the actual toothbrush looked pretty old and was all beat up, corners bent ect. Made me a little apprehenisve about using the product. I went ahead and opened and used. The toothbrush is a great idea. The toothbrush is not as durable as I would have hoped it would be. This product is directed at children with sensitivity issues or inability to have ones mouth touched . The bristles are nice and soft which is very needful, but a few chomps from a thrashing child and this toothbrush will probably need to be replaced. So I'd maybe hope for a a little more durablility in the plastic that holds the three sides together.

It makes brushing teeth for my ASD kid easier and quick. It gets the job done. It's very hard to clean it out though, so just be sure to rub it out well after each use.

My son loves his toothbrush! As an Autism parent it was always a task to get my son to brush his teeth good. He would skim through it and I would have to go behind him and brush his teeth again for him. But this toothbrush changed everything! Instead of me reminding him to brush his teeth good and thoroughly, he does it on his own and does a great job! I never knew his toothbrushes had such harsh bristles and that he dreaded using them which was why he would brush his teeth so fast to get it over with. I felt like I did not know what I could do to make him want to brush his teeth more properly. I was suggested by a fellow Autism parent to try a 3-sided toothbrush. I did not know what it was not have ever seen one so I looked online and saw that Amazon had some. I bought one and my son loves brushing his teeth on his own now! What a life saver. I recommend this to any parent who has children who do not look forward to brushing their teeth or have a hard time brushing them on their own. It’s gentle yet VERY affective...and affordable!

I was unsure due to conflicting reviews about the softness of the toothbrush. In the end, I decided to give it a shot. Product came in sealed packaging but had yellow stain in the left and middle brush heads. To play safe, I sterilized by dipping the brush heads in boiling water. The tip of the bristles seem to wilt/melt as the tips got shorter. My autistic toddler does not want to try it. With the bristles actually being hard to the touch even after running under hot water, I don't want to force him.

My son with autism and high sensory issues finally brushes his teeth. The 3 sides allows a quicker brushing so it's not pure torture like the several other brushes we've tried. He absolutely can't stand tooth brushing so I needed a brush that would get the job done. This is It! Will continue to buy more as needed. I was concerned at first because the bristles looked hard. But they are soft and yet firm.

I have a 9 yr old autistic son who loves brushing his teeth but tends to miss a lot of areas. After looking online for a better toothbrush, I found this baby! It’s a perfect tool for kiddos with sensory issues, and brushing troubles. The 3 angled brush head tackles front back top and bottom brushing. Highly recommend!! 😊
