Great product
Exactly as advertised. Very little slop. I have a lifted truck and it aligns perfectly with my trailer. Nice heavy duty metal and for the price I’m not complaining.

Locking mechanism
Very please with the product, great price as well with only one issue or it would have been a 5 star rating. The locking mechanism is about a 1/2 inch to long. The only way it can be installed is where the key lock is on the same side as the trailer hitch light plug-in so you have to lift the weather flap up to the light plug-in and position the key hole just right to unlock. Because of that and to make it easier to use, I plan to cut one side of the key off, since it’s still a bit tricky to insert with the flap up (as shown in the video).

Perfect and great price
Ordered this to use my little 5x8 trailer with my full size truck. Worked flawlessly, kept the little trailer level, and allowed me to save a ton of money in gas vs using my 6x18 trailer.

Great product, Great Price
This is the most amazing product at a fraction of the price of its competitors. It works great, is easy to install, has a locked pin, and is the perfect solution to tow my trailer. This product has been one of the best experiences I've had on Amazon.

Good mount. Need to attach Ball
Overall very happy with the purchase. I was surprised when it arrived without the ball attached. That may have been an oversight on my part from the product description, and I understand you need to install the ball the opposite way for a rise instead of a drop... But attaching the ball requires a 1" socket or wrench and another wrench to hold the ball while you tighten. Many local auto parts stores will rent you the torque wrench and you might be able to get a tire shop or repair shop to torque it for you. It does have the large crush washer, so even without the torque wrench, if you get that flat you are probably good to go. As for the hitch itself, I needed a much lower drop for a new truck and this fit the bill for a reasonable price. Just completed a long road trip towing a travel trailer and everything held up great and looks good.
