recommended by my alternative medicine MD to help with leg cramps. I didn't think it worked until i stopped using it. Now my husband is drinking this. It tastes terrible but mix it in water and it is more palatable.

This is my first purchase of this brand. I'm impressed as the humic is a dark rich color, just as the more expensive brands are. This is a good value for me as I add a capful to my coffee each morning. I store this in the refrigerator to keep it fresh. I will definitely reorder.

When I do the keto diet I have leg cramps . When I take minerals they stop the cramps . Glad to have them.

Product appears to be sealed but both bottles leaked all over. I’m not sure how much of the product was lost.
