I almost spent $100+ on a name brand thermal brush, but then I cancelled the order. It occurred to me Amazon had to have something similar — and I was right!This brush is excellent. There is actually no way to burn yourself. It’s the best hot brush I’ve bought, and I’ve had the spin brush, inStyler, John Frieda air brush, and others.The only odd thing is the temperature is in Celsius. There were no instructions on how to change this, so I just looked up the conversion on my phone to Fahrenheit.I love this brush! It’s the first hot brush that really works for me. It has a solid, ergonomic feel. The cord is no issue because it spins with you and is no-tangle.The red finish is gorgeous. I highly recommend this item. While it’s not a name brand, it has a quality feel. The lock is also a great feature since you might accidentally hit the buttons. It’s simple and easy to use. I’m so glad I found this item at such a great order price.

I bought this brush to replace my old brush which has its issues. But this brush doesn't straighten my hair as well as my old brush. If you have kinky hair like mine then you would really have to work to straighten it with THIS brush. I do like the temperature lock. When I used my old brush I was always accidently pressing buttons that I didn't want to press although that brush does have a lock too. The reason I gave this a 3 is because of the temperature lock as well as the anti-scald features.

I bought this straightener as a test after seeing a similar product marketed for beards. They look almost identical, but the other product was $100. That's a lot to spend on something that may or may not work. This straightener works perfect for beards. It tames the curls and allows everything to lay like it supposed to without burning your skin. It was inexpensive enough to test it and it worked better than expected.

I thought the design of this product was not effective...the on button has to be held for 30 or more seconds before it turns on...plus because of where the buttons are placed (on the handle) you are either turning the heat up or down...or turning the appliance off......it did do a very good job on my hair..made it very shinny and smooth...but I kept burning my hair because I was turning the heat up....

I have semi thick hair with some wave to it. It doesn't do much to my hair. Maybe a 10-20% 'smoothness' difference. Not worth it.

I love this product compared to ones I have bought before it really straightens my hair.. I would recommend it..

It does not work for short pixie cut hair. But for long hair it is a great tool.

I have a lot of hair, so a lot of volume. Finishing look wasn’t as expected :/

Did exactly what I thought it would do. I have kinky hair so it did not get my hair hot-comb/press straight. Results were more like a blowout. 4 stars because I found it hard to hold and I kept accidentally pressing the temperature/power button. Granted I do have small hands and there is a power lock button (not sure if that is just for keeping it turned off though). All in all a really good product and I'm glad I purchased.

Good quality. I bought a more expensive brush with less features, so when I received this one, I was really impressed. It has a screen that shows the temperature, and the shut off button is very visible. overall a great brush. Great looking too.

Overall it’s a great product, I have shoulder length hair and when I use this straightening brush I need to go over it 3-4 times. My hair is straight when I’m done using it. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend
