This thing is a life saver. It’s a two piece unit, so it’s very portable and can be stored in a luggage case if you’re traveling. It’s made out of a thick, durable plastic. I have no worries about this breaking. The nubs and points get really deep into your muscles, and it’s very effective at getting out knots. If you’re into fitness and weightlifting, you really need one of these. The benefit to a manual cane massager is that you don’t have to worry about excessive noise, battery life, and charging like you do with a battery powered massager. This is a great value of the money.

Update on original 2* post below... finally heard back and received a DOUBLE set of replacements, similar to the original order. So in the end, I am now a 5* customer. The product works very well - even though you connect 2 pieces, it is very solid. (Product works fine, but from the pack of 2, one broke immediately. I contacted the seller and although got an initial response, they never again acknowledged my inquiry. Works fine, but 50% failure rate on sample size = 2 and no help from seller.)

PERHAPS IT COIULD BE A LITTLE SMALLER. A NOB OPTION WOULD BE HELPFUL-MAYBE SOME SMALLER ONES OR A DIFFERENT SHAPE ESPECIALLY FOR THE NECK. I ACTUALLY GOT IT FOR A NECK ISSUE. IT DOES NOT QUITE WORK AS WELL THERE. IT IS VERY EFFECTIVE FOR SHOULDERS AND TRAP MUSCLES. I CAN'T FIND A GOOD WAY TO USE ON LOWER BACK EFFECTIVELY. THANKS FOR LISTENING.

For the price, they are great. My daughter & son in law love them. They are telling friends about these and how great they are! The minute they get home from work, they have these on their lounge chairs, the start using them. Both said it gives so much relief on tight muscles. Greatest value!!

TThey work, but not as well as previous I bought. Very hard to take apart, so it’s not easy to travel with. Not as easy as stated

This product ships in 2 pieces (2 units, so 4 pieces in total). It is entirely plastic and "clicks" together in the middle. I do not recommend trying to disassemble it after you have put it together: it would only weaken the structure. I found it to be large and rather heavy (but I am weak after illness). The size fits most people, and does not require electricity: absolutely acceptable! I use the larger U shape to target my IT band / sciatic nerve on the side of my upper leg / butt / hip (I lie on my side in bed to do this). I use one of the middle knobs on the back of my neck by wearing it horizontally on my shoulders -- don't do this too hard (you might hurt yourself or cause it to break in the middle where the 2 pieces click together). So far, so good. It's not as vibrate-y as a massage gun, but I require no electricity and it gets the spots that a massage gun cannot if you are trying to untangle yourself from the cramped mess you are, hunched over your computer and with a permanent crick in your neck from always looking at your phone and tablet. It is not for those who cannot grip large (long) unwieldly objects that might be heavy for one wrist. With practice or a trusted partner however, this item may be able to bring you relief without paying for a physical therapist or a registered massage therapist, if you don't have a massage gun nor want to use one. Note that for chronic cramped muscles, this isn't a "one-and-done" thing; you have to use this every day for at least 5 minutes, especially since you will be resuming your slouching in front of the computer and tv and chairs. Remember to breathe!
