Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G, US Version, 128GB, Gray - Unlocked (Renewed)

It started with ordering a renewed Samsung S5E Tablet that won me over to ordering Amazon Renewed electronics. That well regarded tablet arrived without a mark on it, a charger and cable. It works perfectly and I use it almost every day. I especially like the DeX mode for some work-related tasks. Being the "thrifty" guy that I am, I set maximum price limits on many products that I buy. Phones are in that group of products. I don't think it necessary to buy the latest Flagship phones from any of the major phone brands or even many of their high-end models. When introduced the Samsung 21 FE 5G had many positive reviews with one major complaint, for its high price, considering it was supposed to be a value product. After a bad drop of a OnePlus 7T that killed the screen of my wife's phone, it was time to order two new phones [that is, new for us], one for her and one for me. I'm a tech guy and I always order two of the same phones since it's easier for me to support a single model of phone. Having used Samsung phones years ago but then moving to ZTE and the OnePlus, these S21 FE phones have been terrific after one month of use and renewed my interest in Samsung phones. The phones arrived in like new condition without any marks or scratches on either phone. Unlike the new models these both came with 20W chargers and good quality 5ft cables. These phones have a plastic case which I prefer, as plastic is less fragile than glass, which is another reason for me to NOT buy flagship phones. I am also not so concerned with the appearance or color of the phones since I immediately put them in a case and install tempered glass screen protectors on all my phones. Among the many positives are the 120HZ screen response is a pleasure to use, battery life has been excellent lasting for more than a day for normal use including text, calls, email, YouTube and some streaming, terrific camera, good stereo speakers, charges very quickly with the supplied chargers but also with the 25W aftermarket chargers that I have for these phones. Both Fingerprint and Face recognition work consistently and more quickly than other phones I have used. Bluetooth and WiFi connect quickly without any dropouts, and speed on T-Mobile 5g for phone and Home Internet has been consistent within the T-Mobile performance spec for my location. I am not a gamer so I can't provide a meaningful review for that. The only negative I can report is for the amount of Samsung bloatware and the numerous and annoying notifications, which can luckily be turned off. These are two excellent phones that I bought for less than half the price of one new one. And the Amazon renewed program is a good and safe option for many purchases as it also includes a 90-day return policy if there is any dissatisfaction with the product.

Great phone with smooth performance and a premium feel. The screen is bright and responsive, the camera takes clear and sharp photos, and the battery easily lasts a full day with regular use. The 5G connectivity is fast, and the Olive Green color looks even better in person. A solid choice if you want a reliable smartphone from Samsung without paying flagship prices.

When I received this I noticed that the back isn't fully sealed, it's trying to open up. I can fit a finger nail in there. Pressing it closed is temporary, it opens back up after time. There's no way this phone is water resistant with a gaping opening in the back. The phone is difficult to use, my previous phone was a Samsung Galaxy S10+ but this one, the system notification bar is on the left side of the top corner so I can't just drag down like normal, I have to reach all the way across to the other side otherwise it'll drag down the settings bar. It was fine how it was, why did they split it in two like this I have no idea. The phone quality is not very good. The screen size is okay and the color is vibrant. There is nowhere to plug in my earphones. I don't use Bluetooth because the batteries just do not last, and then I end up losing them anyway. I prefer 3.5mm earphones which I have several pairs that can no longer be used now that I have this phone. There is no Sdcard slot and I've checked everywhere. It took me like 2 minutes looking for an Sdcard slot and 3.5mm Jack before I realized there were none. I am incredibly disappointed in this device, it is a waste of money. I would have been better to buy a Galaxy S10+ I will never buy Samsung again. They are supposed to get better in quality but instead they lose quality. This phone should be $20 because it's a toy for children It also forgets stuff in background apps. If I am writing a review for example, and I switch over to another app, the system will forget my review when I switch back over to this app. It doesn't hold it in memory so I have to start all over from the beginning.

The phone arrived in good condition. It didn't come with a sim card though. Once we got a sim card it hooked up fine. Everything works great except that about a month after we got it, it wouldn't stay connected to our wifi! It keeps disconnecting! When I try to go in the phone and try to turn the wifi on, it says it is turning on but it doesn't and I can't even see the available networks to try to switch to another network because the phone wifi has to be on to see the networks and it won't turn on! Other than that everything else works great. The battery life is fair, it lasts for the whole day with moderate use. Screen quality and sound quality are normal. Camera is good.

Ordered excellent condition and it was good no scratches fast battery charging

My phone has no scratches, dings, chips or marks, looks brand new. My son set it up for me, then I did the Smart Switch to transfer everything from my other Samsung S21 phone into this one. . So far everything seems to be working just fine and I am very happy and pleased with this purchase. This S21 FE refurbished cell phone is a little bigger than my original S21, a little heavier too but that's ok. I am still using my original S21 for phone calls so can't say how it works that way. I may someday if I have issues with my other phone. It probably would work fine by how it is operating now. Charges quickly and seems to hold a charge a bit longer than my other S21, which is nice. I do wish there were more color options for the home screen. Otherwise, I am very happy with this refurbished S21 FE cell phone. I highly recommend this cell phone. I am on a low, fixed income, so to be able to buy this high of a quality cell phone and save so much money, is great!! Thank you Amazon for selling these and thank you to the seller for providing such a good quality product at such excellent savings!

Après 2 semaines, fonctionne parfaitement !

I was shopping for a new used phone on Kijiji but was concerned about possible scams. I gave Amazon a shot and to my surprise I found this S21 FE for $50 less than the best price I could get on Kijiji. With good reviews and a money back warranty it was not a hard decision to place the order. This phone arrived bubble wrapped in a plain brown box. The plastic wrap on the phone was still intact as if it was brand new from the manufacturer. It said renewed but it looked brand new. Not a mark on it. Two weeks in and it has lived up to my expectations. Battery is strong and everything is working great.

El equipo viene en condiciones impecables, sólo le noté un rasponcito de una linea pequeña como de 2mm de largo en la pantalla cuando le estaba colocando el cristal templado, de otra manera a simple vista no se percibe y no afecta en nada la imagen que muestra la pantalla. Y otra cosa, el equipo vino con cargador genérico y cable de carga pero se equivocaron al agregar el cable porque me incluyeron uno de lightning a usb-c en lugar de usb-c a usb que es el que necesita este teléfono pero igual lo conservé porque también necesito ese cable que me llegó equivocado para conectar un iPhone a otro dispositivo, de cualquier manera utilizo el cargador de mi equipo anterior. El único problema es con la batería pero al parecer es de todos los equipos Samsung Galaxy desde el S20 que la carga con un uso modesto te dura unas 24 horas aunque sea un equipo nuevo, mientras que con teléfonos de hace unos 4 años, nuevo te duraba entre 2 o 3 días los primeros meses.
