Works awesome to get consistent thicknesses

Great for Deer Jerky
Bought this for deer jerky last season. Turned all my back strap meat into jerky. Board is durable and dishwasher friendly. Knife is sharp. A bit bulky to store with the blade in the board

Best I have found so far for jerky slicing
It does not slide around during use. I have tried a few other jerky slicing tools that "look" better but this has had he best results. I'm not looking any further for a jerky slicing solution. This does it for me.
