I found the book very practical, to the point and adaptable for various levels of swimmers. Very good content packed into a book of its size. It is one of my go-to books when i need to step in and programme some dryland/S&C.

Abbildungen sind winzig. Microscale pictures...
Die Gestalter des Layouts haben enorm Platz verschenkt und dafür die Abbildungen so winzig gemacht, dass man, um Details erkennen zu können, am besten mit dem Smartphone vergrößert. Suboptimal.Inhaltlich gut!

Great book but photos are too small
The information within the book is great but the photos that show the exercises are too small, particularly for people with not great eye sight.

Read it!
This is great! I can finally really connect my dryland to what we do in the water. Must read for anyone struggling with making the connection between power on land and speed in the water.

Good dry land training manual
This is a very good dry land training manual. I would have given it 5 stars if the photos were not so small. Otherwise, the content is very good.
