Clever dares that kept us laughing
We tried this out the other night with our three boys, ages 13, 10, and 7. I thought it was really fun! It’s basically like truth or dare —mostly dare, but the game gives you lots of fun and creative ideas for the dares. I took some pictures that you can see examples of the cards and how clever and funny they are. The wagering system adds an extra element of fun and suspense to the game, which my boys seemed to like. I personally wasn’t too embarrassed to to do any of the dares. I would do any of those things in front of my kids! And they thought that was funny. But it seems that kids, teens, and tweens, especially if playing with friends or people they don’t know as well, would be embarrassed to do the dares, which is what makes the game fun. My 7-year-old was mortified by the idea of doing most of them, but he is a pretty anxious and self-conscious kid. I would love to play it again with some of the kids’ friends, relatives, etc.

Update: Kids review
UPDATE:We gave this game to a neighbor family as part of a sub for Santa gifting, so they don't know it came from us. The last two times I've been with this family, the kids have asked me, "Have you ever played What Are the Odds?"They then go on telling me all about the funny things they have done while playing this game and how much fun it is. I've been amazed how many times they bring it up. This is a family who has been struggling to get along with each other and I'm so happy to hear that this game has been doing that very thing for them.-------This game has you doing the funniest things. It's a good game to pull in people that are otherwise hanging on the edge and are afraid to join in. When one person goes along with it then the next person seems to feel okay to have fun and be a little silly.I also like how it levels the playing field for multiple ages to play together. It's good for kids to see their parents let down their hair once in a while. So much of life is serious these days that it's nice to have a small window where you forget all that and just. have. fun.

Not sure why some people are giving bad reviews.
Not sure why some people are giving bad reviews... this game is hilarious and it’s coming from a person who loves having game nights.. have a good group of people with a good sence of humor and this game will nail I️t with laughs.

It's a hilarious game!
This Game is hilarious! We love hosting game nights with friends. Sometimes it's old friends and other times its a great way to get to know people. What are the odds is one of those games that really helps you to get to know people better and really fun to play with old friends. Whether you play it as a family or with friends I would recommend having a larger group 6 or more is ideal. You do funny dares and try to strategize how to get out of doing things you'd rather not do. The thing I appreciate is that its good clean fun, nothing off color or embarrassing to play with kids or teenagers.

Don’t waste your money like I did...
I just received this game, solely based on all the positive reviews. Opening the box and reading the cards, this game looks utterly rediculously stupid. We are big game players when family visits. This game will definitely go into the dead pile. Very juvenile and silly for adults. I would never recommend this game to anyone.

fun game!
This game is fun and I love the dares (especially the one that says to yell out I have booger’s!). It would be good if there were better dares and a longer board because this one is a bit small. Also, it says on the box that it's for 4 or more players, but in the beginning of the instructions it says 2 players and up, and then later in the instructions, it says 3 players. Nevertheless, as few as two players can play. It’s still really fun and an amazing game!

Can be fun and interesting
Can be fun and interesting, but depends on who you play it with. Some of the cards are just plain weird. But if you have a group of friends/family that are comfortable and outgoing then it can be fun, otherwise it just becomes kind of awkward.

Keeps Preteens off their phones!
Bought as a Christmas gift for an 11-year old girl who played it with my 10-year old with whoops of laughter. I had to come join them and see what the fun was all about. Cute dares and funny ideas had them running all around the house. Thoroughly enjoyed for about an hour. I look forward to more!
