Not Satisfied
When I received this animal identification card in the mail I was surprised to find that it was on a CD. I had to print and laminate the card myself which meant it was two separate pieces of copy paper put together and then laminated. The card is as expected as far as the credentials and picture of my dog. The shipping was right on time. I would not purchase this again.

Have purchased from this vendor several times. Great quality ID's for my service animal that doesn't have to be wore, and no worries of losing because it's right there on my phone!

False ad this don't give you full rights no were; it is not a legal document is not even require by law. Read ADA status and regulations in references to services animals. Testing in accordance to ADA regulations, stipulations and approval of a Doctor are the only documents that proof you own a service animal and has access to restricted places.

Very convenient. I love that i purchased this because it was so convenient when i left home with out my pets id card i had my phone and was able to just pull out my electronic service id on my phone! Thank you, great purchase!
