After trying a bunch of pillows that either went flat or felt too bulky, this one has been a solid upgrade. The shape gives good support without feeling stiff, and I’ve noticed a lot less neck pain in the mornings. I have found that this pillow has helped to reduce the neck and shoulder pains I experience; they have been significantly better since I started using it (I have had it for about a month now). Though I did find it took a little while to get used to (in fact, I am still getting used to it). In particular, the top section, which is a curvy shape used when sleeping on your side, could be wider - the parts used for sleeping on your back and on your side are a bit squished together. I have found that it is very comfortable for sleeping on your back, but not quite so much for sleeping on your side (which I prefer). I think it would also be good if there was an option to purchase a fitted pillow protector and additional pillowcases. Overall, though, I have found it to reduce the pains I have been experiencing in my neck and shoulders.
