Hard to find
This aerator is almost impossible to find locally. I got it here on amazon and it is a perfect fit for my Delta bathroom faucet. It came with the wrench to screw it in the faucet also. A little pricey with the shipping cost but if you need it just have to pay the price. I will buy it again.

Installing in Hans Grohe Cento faucet from Costco
I purchased a Hans Grohe Cento faucet from Costco. Surprise! This faucet splashes water everywhere. Well made except instead of an aerator it uses a laminar flow part made by Neoperl. Hans Grohe does not offer a replacement aerator. Here is how to replace it with the part sold on Amazon. Use the red tool that came with the faucet (likely clipped to the faucet hose) to remove the part from the end of the spray hose. The yellow tool from Neoperl is not needed. Slide the central part out. This is the Tom Thumb sized, Neoperl laminar flow part. Note it is not threaded, unlike the aerator parts offered by Amazon. Prepare two pieces of tape to protect the parts. Use one piece to protect the grey portion, and the other piece to protect the white portion. Using two pairs of pliers gently pull the parts directly away from each other. They will easily snap apart. Do the same with the new aerator. The grey threaded piece and the two small screens on the back of the old part are not needed. Snap the new white part (aerator) onto the grey, unthreaded portion of old part. Reassemble faucet. You will hear the aerator working as it creates a faint hiss not present with the old part. Splashing should be reduced considerably. Note this part, color coded red on the back, is 2.2 gallons per minute and is the maximum flow available. The Cento's anti-siphon check valve is rated at 2.2 gpm maximum. In my case I wanted better flow so I don't have to wait quite so long for hot water to arrive at the faucet.

Perfect Fit for Delta Shiloh Kitchen Faucet
This fit perfectly on my Delta Shiloh kitchen faucet. I would have given it 5 stars, but the flow is the same as the OEM one. I was hoping this one would increase the water flow, but it did not. I would have thought the 2.2 GPM would give me much better flow as I replaced my bathroom faucets with 2.2 GPM aerators and it made a big difference. Oh well, I tried. The OEM was either a 1.2 or 1.5 GPM.

works very well
I bought this item because our ridiculous state rules don't allow enough water flow to make our sink work at more than a trickle, and local NYS stores can't sell them in this flow rate (at least I don't think so). It's probably more of a problem when you have a well like I do and don't have the water pressure of a city system. A bit expensive because of the shipping for one little item, but it works.

Better, but not 2.2 GPM. Here is how to fix.
Since we have a tankless water heater that is on the other side of the house, the OEM restricted flow (0.9 GPM) aerators on the bathroom faucets meant 2+ minutes to get hot water to these sinks. I know the water supply is strong because with these original aerators removed water flows at 2.5 GPM. So I bought 3 of these because they claimed up to 2.2 GPM. Unfortunately they achieved only ~1.2 GPM. An improvement, but still insufficient. The good news is that (unlike the original aerators) I was able to remove the flow restrictor. See pic. Without the restrictor, water flows at nearly the full 2.5 GPM. I now get hot water to my bathroom faucets in ~45 seconds.

Perfect to replace Delta aerator, Neoperl 13.
I was unable to find a tool and replacement small enough to remove and replace the aerator on our Delta faucet (8 years old, not made anymore) at any of our local hardware/plumbing stores. The Neoperl 10 was too large, and there was no smaller available, so we ordered this Tom Thumb, which turned out to be a Neoperl 13, and fit perfectly. This worked great and was the perfect tool and part for the job.
