Hubby bought for our travel trailer and says they are the most amazing batteries he’s ever owned.

I bought two of these in Jun of 2022. I didn't measure the voltage before installing the batteries into my then new battery bank. About two weeks ago I measured all the batteries i the battery bank because it just wasn't lasting as long as I thing it should. Both of these things were low, one almost nothing and the other at 10,7 volts. I send two messages to the manufacture and heard nothing in return. I popped the top off and found one didn't have the BMS installed correctly. I was able to charge each cell and install the BMS correctly and the battery is now working correctly. The second battery that measured 10.7 vdc had a damaged sensor connector, it was broken and crushed. I ordered and got a new BMS and installed it after getting all the cells up to the proper voltage. Shame on me for not checking the batteries when they arrived. They sat there for two years doing nothing. Shame on BtrPower for such poor quality control. No, I do not recommend these batteries, buy anything else then check them before installing. Zero stars if I could for bad product and not answering emails. No customer service.

I upgraded to a 24 V Trolling motor and expected to need more frequent charges. With these Lithium Batteries they keep going long after I would expect to need a full charge

I gave these batteries a 5 because they are far superior to the agm batteries I was using. They take a learning curve because they are not agms and I have not used any other lifepo products to compare them to but I am quite pleased with the results. I have bought 12 and will be buying 4 more for a total of 19.2k of power which will run all my house. You need to keep a fresh power source to start them back up should they drain but it only takes a tap and they are back up and running. All in all I'm very happy with them.

I purchased 4 batteries 1 year ago for a golf cart. Probably doesn’t have 50hrs on batteries. One battery failed while on golf course. Once battery failed all 48v was shut down. Had to remove the brake assembly before we could get cart to move, while on the course and people are golfing. I then reached out to the seller and was told it was beyond return date, but on the web site it claims the battery life is >10years. But if it fails before that time they tell you , too bad. They just take your money and run. They did reach out to me and because the battery failed 14 days after the 1 year date that it was ORDERED, they offered a $10.00 coupon towards the purchase of a replacement battery. Like I would buy from them again.

why is it when I click on the 2,3,4 pack the price seems to be more expensive than the 199 per cell? great LiFepo4 cells one has served me well for 6 months now. love my off grid power now to buy more in parellel!

easy to connnect. Fast shipping. So far my batteries are doing great. I bought these batteries for my home solar system. Easy to connnect and work well. and better customer service. Had a issue but the seller more than adequately solve my problem. In fact they went over and above to make me happy.
