the item worked perfectly just make sure when ordering replacement parts that you are matching them up with the same model controller that you have.

While I have not personally used it for the replacement for the other buttons. The silicon membrane for the D-pad works like a charm.

Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I got sent 2 of the same piece. Good thing it was 2 of the 1 part I needed.The x button on my dualshock 4 controller was really loose and only worked 25% of the time so I cracked the shell open and found that the silicone pad had ripped, causing it to not work properly. While I had the whole thing in pieces, I decided to give the shell a paint job and then put the new pad in, and stitched everything back together. Works like a charm and looks 10x better too.The little silicone parts seem like they're good quality and will last a long time. Very flexible and work exactly as they should. Couldnt be happier with the product, but a little disappointed in the shipping and handling. If I had recieved the pads I was supposed to, I couldve replaced all the components. So I'm hoping that the old one will last a while longer.Thanks for coming to my ted talk. Peace out.

I ended up not needing them as the issue wasn't the padding, but they definitely are on par with stock Sony padding

Pros:>Great for the controller>Durable (I twisted some of them to see for myself)Cons:>People who sell those have to be aware the L1,2 & R1,2 rubber doesn't fit at all.
