I don't own this. I mean, it looks like a perfectly good float. However, why do they show it in the picture at the bottom of a pool? The float is supposed to "float" and be "safe" such as the title suggests. LOL

You should probably post the advertising photo of this flotation device ABOVE water rather than UNDER water! LOL!
