So far, seems to work great. Swipe is working, and my screen is fixed. A few things to note: 1.) It does not include the NFC ribbon as mentioned by others. If that is important to you, pull it off your old screen and put it on here. But also, it is not mentioned as included in the description nor shown in the pictures, so I'm not really marking off for this. 2.) I cannot speak to the tools as I have my own, but quick look, I'd guess the star screwdriver is indeed the wrong size, so don't rely on that. You can pickup an electronics toolkit for under $10 that will have exactly what you need and SO much more (which if you do this once, I'd bet you end up doing it more for other things). The metal pick looks like it would work well, but again, I have my own I love that cost my $10 or $12 that works amazing. 3.) It does not include the glue, so you will need to order this too. T-7000 glue is what you will want. 4.) There are no instructions here, but there are great videos all over the internet that can walk you step by step. Honestly don't get too intimidated, this is easier that you expect. Hilariously, the hardest thing I had was reinserting the screws and plugging the ribbon back in, which are not exactly difficult things. That all said, I'll leave this at 5 stars. I wish we could give half stars because I'd deduct just a bit for the screwdrivers, but the glue is not mentioned and shouldn't be expected, and honestly the screen is the thing you should truly care about. I'll update if any issues arise using this one.

The screen's touchscreen stops functioning periodically. Included tools didn't fit the screws for the metal shield also.

Yesss! I bought my Fitbit more than 4 years ago for $170. When I cracked the screen, I was annoyed the same model is now $200 to buy the same model again. I decided to give this repair kit a try and the kit worked excellent! $20 saved my fitbit and I hope to get a other 4 years out of it. The hardest part is getting the glass screen off. Be patient and persistent and this will work great for you too!

I got the display, it was a pain to open up the watch. But it worked. The glue is very good. The tools were not so good, The torxs just barely fit and the other tools were not useful. I used a razor knife to pry the old display off. . The watch works again and the price was alright.

Doesn’t come with the correct size torx wrenches. Includes a t2 and t5 but the screws require a t4. I edited this from a 2 to a 1-star. Absolute garbage that the fit doesn’t even come with the correct tools for the job. This is compounded by there being zero indication on the tools themselves which size is what. There are 3 tools that have an incredibly small toolhead and are indistinguishable from each other. This kit will only work if you have a set of your own tools. Stay away if you don’t.

My Fitbit versa 2 face fell off and I surely didn't want to spend money on a new one. I saw this and thought was worth a shot. I watched a few YouTube videos so I knew what I was doing, and I fixed it! I am not the most tech savvy person around, but it was an easy repair. I used B-7000 adhesive to secure the new face and I haven't had a problem since. Well worth the money!

Worked good for 1 week and now the swipe function does not work. The tools that came with it are useless and didn't have the torx #2 I needed. Had to go buy a proper electronics tool kit
