Yes, its literally designed to be opened up and modded.

It works on ps4 also?

It does work for Ps4 as well, it has a slider by which you choose the platform you'll play at. It has Ps4, Ps5 and PC. If not choosen correctly it wont respond.

Is this product compatible with a Pandora Box?

Not that I am aware of. It is a PlayStation product and therefore is designed for the PS5/4 and PC.
