Aduro Grip Clip Universal Rearview Mirror Car Mount

I like the design. Better instructions on use would help the alleviate the poor reviews. Also including an honest jaw opening for you phone or display would help.Tv, displays and screens are measured on the diagonal and this is the measurement quoted in the description, which is not the short side of the display. The jaws open a max of 3.5 inches. I fabricated a holder for my display which is 4 inches wide.The mirror clips extend from the bottom, and if pressed in towards the center of the unit, will stay in the extended position, facilitating installation. The back of my mirror is convex so as the display is handled, the mirror clips ratchet loose. I’m thinking I may have to modify the design there too. An easy fix.

I would love to say it works perfectly but it has a rather annoying flaw. While it goes on about adjustable angle of up to 240 degrees that is based on a forward or back as opposed to side to side.You can if you are careful adjust it on the mirror except that it tends to relocate itself which ruins the whole idea.So while I gave up after less than 30 minutes of using it I quit, I really needed to have the phone sitting forward facing while the rear view mirror sits at an adequate viewing angle with the mount sitting snug and tight. Exasperated by my vehicle’s mirror that is rather more bulbous at the rear at one edge than the other.I should have read the description better and looked far closer to the images but the images for the listing were difficult to tell. I won’t return it, it would be unfair to the vendor and I’m sure I’ll find someone that would be able to use it but sadly it was not adequate for my needs

When I put my iPhone into this clip, it is very easy to press my iPhone bottom(s) either way. So sometime I will shut down my iPhone or lower the volume by accident without any adjustment. However, it is a good product with low price. Good value!*** Update on 8/22/2017: After I posted my original / simple comment at Amazon, I received a customer service from this company immediately. They apologize and try to do anything to make my shopping experience better from their product. I really admire their service in order to improve themselves. Also they make me feel they care about how I feel. It is great experience for me from this purchasing. ***

Lasted me about 5 months. Doesn’t handle the phone plus the weight of a case, even though my case was thin. Started to slip fromthe part where it grips on the rearview mirror after a couple of months.

Super nice holder BUT it will not expand enough for my van rear view mirror. My van has a thick mount and this will not open wide enough to fit over it. My husband will use in his truck which has a “normal” rear view mirror.

Got what I paid for, it is easy to use but the bottom that holds the phone does not swivel freely like in the video so you are unable to turn the phone towards you. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

UPDATE: customer support is excellent. they have reached out to me tried to get things sorted out. which they did. people who are behind these company's product will not stop working until they have met your satisfaction. I'll hope to do a business again with them in the future.I was just one unlucky one who had bad stuff. who knows, it could have been during the shipment which was totally out of their hands.original review:pro: it stays on but...con: it shakes, it gets loose over time, it is clunky, hard to mount phone and dismount.

My phone has control buttons on the side so I couldn't use it horizontally. It doesn't fit vertically

It's easy to use but It's not easily to remove my S9+.
