Professional quality
Not only do these fit perfectly for my commercial hot melt glue gun but they are well made and the ball bearing shut-off works great.

Excellent quality and price
I really was so disappointed that most glue guns do not have a very long or extra longer tip like my old plug in glue gun that I had to replace. This time I decided to go with a cordless one but all of them had only a short standard tip on them. I only found 1 that had a longer tip but it had a plug. So I was extremely happy to discover that you could purchase longer tips like your items. Yours even came with more tips than I could even use but I was thrilled but worried that it would not fit even though it said it fits most.I just do not usually have that kind of luck but I am thrilled to report they fit perfectly . Great quality, Great price, quick delivery as promised. I do not know about Customer Service because surprisingly I have not needed to contact them. Would I purchase again? Definitely!

Good quality. Nice fit. My heat gun wasn't warm enough to heat the longest nozzle.
I used the longest tip with a new Gorilla (large) glue gun. If you let the gun warm-up long enough, the glue flows. But, it seemed that the gun was not able to keep the longest nozzle hot enough to continue the flow. I think that it's not the nozzle's problem, it's the glue gun's problem. I stepped-down to the shorter nozzle and things worked better.
