Best protein bars yet. They are soft, very chewy, NOT stale and each bar is L3xW2 inches and 1/2 inch thickness. I've had others but too much sugar and strange taste. Probably combiination of ingredients and 2G sugar. The Peanut Butter Chocolate bars have dates for sweetness for 14 mgs sugar. The Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars have 2 tsp honey for sweetness for 11 gms sugar. Both WITHOUT added sugar OR sweeteners. Wholesome fillers in both and satisfying for flavor and content. I have no allergies to ingredients so this is my go to bar between meals to satisfy protein needs. Does NOT affect blood sugars for me and great on the palate for taste, texture, and no after taste.

I keep these in stock for a quick go-to on my way to the gym in the morning or as a late night snack. I am extremely picky about what "health bars" actually have in them - good rx more than pass the test! Not only do they actually taste good (pb, pb & dark chocolate, and dark cho. sea salt are my favorites), but there is no added junk in them. They taste trustworthy (if you know, you know). I've been waiting a long time for something as honest as this product (which doesn't taste disgusting) and this is it! LOVE the pb &dark chocolate with a hot cup of black coffee. The only drawback is they are on the more expensive side BUT if you consider how much you spend on snacks and breakfast on the go, the economics work out. Also, a product you can trust is priceless. I am happy to pay more for a higher-end product which doesn't work against me. Tips on saving $$: get on autoship and occasionally check to see when they go on sale on Amazon. Also, these are at Target SO if you have one of those flash deals from Postmates/UberEats with 50% off groceries, SNATCH these up. You won't get the discount if you buy in person (Amazon way better), but be smart about those flash deals!

It's not bad but it's too date forward and your barely taste the peanut butter. If you don't mind something that is really chewy and you don't have jaw issues this should be fine. I like that it has minimal natural ingredients, just wish I could taste the peanut butter flavor more.

I absolutely love my RX bars. I order them every 2 weeks and cannot get enough. They are the perfect protein bar made of whole ingredients without any of the chalky taste I get from other brands. I highly highly recommend! I eat one too many a day!

I've been looking for a snack bar that isn't packed with added sugar or artificial sweeteners, has enough protein to keep me full for a few hours, and that is under 250 calories since I'm not replacing a meal. These Rx Bars fit the bill. Satiety: Excellent! They're perfect for that late afternoon slump, when I need to fend off hanger until dinner but don't have time to prep a healthy snack. An Rx Bar will get me through a few hours and a workout, no problem. I find them more filling and substantial than Lara bars, which isn't surprising since they have 2-3 times as much protein. Taste: Pretty good! Personally, I like them quite a bit and so does my partner. The Peanut Butter Chocolate bar is flavorful with a touch of sweetness from the dates. This might sound weird, but these bars taste good, but not *too* good, so I don't feel tempted to eat more than one in a day. I have a terrible sweet tooth and a tendency to overindulge on sugary things, so sugary snack/protein bars tend to make me want to eat more later. The texture also helps, since it's fairly chewy and lends itself to eating slowly. If you have sugar issues like I do, these might be a good option for you. I like Rx Bars, but I don't crave them or think about them as a treat, and they don't make me feel hungrier later. Portability: OK. I can't speak to the other flavors, but I got Peanut Butter Chocolate, and the cocoa coating melts very easily. My house is ~75-80 degrees in the summer and these were a mess when I kept them in the cupboard. I put them in the fridge and that works well, but if you need to carry them around in a bag or store them in a non-temperature-controlled space, I would consider a non-chocolate flavor. Cost: OK. Currently they are $2.41 per bar here on Amazon. I would like to buy more, but one box per person per month is about all we can swing in my household.

Unfortunately, these didn’t taste good and they were hard. I’ve had different protein bars before and they didn’t taste like this. They were nasty. I haven’t tried the blueberry yet, but I imagine they’re about the same unfortunately, I will not be ordering these again and I will be giving them to somebody.

Good bars, great clean ingredients. Sadly a bit too chewy for me, and they do stick to your teeth, but great post workout!

The healthiest of all the protein bars in my opinion as long as a bit of a higher carb count is okay for you. They are more transparent about their ingredients than most of the other companies who make protein bars but still the front of the bar lists usually 4-5 ingredients which is a bit misleading when you actually look at the back flap of ingredients, still Id considerate the best and most healthy bar of all and they taste great!
