W F Young 687803 Ultra Shield Ex Fly Mask with Ears

While the fly mask is high visibilty for the horse as shown in the photo, and should have been less nuisancesome, my horse got it off in less than 24 hours. The velcro fasteners are not long enough on the attachment side to create a good bond. When are horse product manufacturers going to learn that velcro just isn't a viable solution for pastured horses. If the horse doesn't remove it him/herself, one of its buddies is helpful enough to get it off for him/her. I'd return this product except I threw the container away. Very dissatisfied.

I expected the 'fine' mesh but it is a heavier mesh which is good if that is what you want. It fits the ears and around the head however is is not very long to cover down near the nose.

My gelding gets goopy eyes from fies in the summer. This fly mask stayed on from May until October when I removed it. It's being stored for next year's use. Enough said!

Great for use as a fly mask and a riding mask.

Light weight but durable. I particularly like the ears, which are the same fine mesh as the face.

These fly masks are wonderful. So much protection and comfortable for the horses.

I didn't get any use out of these, I bought two, but they were too clingy against the horses' eye areas for me to feel comfortable leaving them on the horses.

AWESOME! seems like it runs a bit large for the horse size but it still stays on in place.

Leider war die Maske ein absoluter Fehlkauf. Für Größe WB ist sie ziemlich klein geschnitten und das Netz liegt genau an den Augen an. Da mein Pferd sowieso Probleme auf einem Auge hat, kann ich das natürlich gar nicht brauchen. Die Ohren sind auch sehr unelastisch und für mich ist die Maske unbrauchbar. Schade drum, denn jetzt liegt sie herum und keiner braucht sie. Verdunkelt tut sie übrigens auch nicht

Sitzt sehr gut am Pferdekopf, verrutscht nicht und wird gern vom Pferd getragen. Das Vorgängermodell hatte statt zwei nur einen Klettverschluss unten. Das fände ich persönlich besser. Dennoch einer der besten Masken, die ich je hatte.
