Very reader friendly. Easy to follow while completing assignments.

Used this as a textbook for PSY 5124 in the Organizational Leadership program at Florida Institute of Technology and it was a great resource. Easy to read, comprehend and digest. Will continue to utilize this text even after the course is over.

This book was just a highest-level look at team motivators etc. Not very deep. Not a very real-world applicable read. A professor did a study of other studies and wrote a book. Revenue generator I guess. I learned nothing new from this book.

Exactly what I needed for class, however I was caught by surprised as to how much I enjoyed learning about groups. It's really a great book for those in leadership positions or want to understand the dynamics of how teams work.

Got in a timely manner and was everything I needed for my course in Organizational Leadership

book was super dirty and felt gritty like it had dirt on it. Would expect it to b sanitized especially because of covid
