All aluminum. No rust here.
Worked out great. No problem at all using them as they each worked flawlessly. I like that the the entire assembly is aluminum so my outdoor application will not show rust like the ones with a steel mandrel. Good buy.

Don’t purchase this!!
Appears to be dipped in paint this not allowing to work properly. They would “pop” (as shown in the photo) prematurely. The two in the photo were only placed in the rivet gun unattached and popped as shown.
