Must for your classroom
As a primary teacher, I recently purchased a set of Learning Resources Magnetic Wands for my classroom and have been extremely happy with them. These wands are a great hands-on tool for teaching basic concepts of magnetism to young students. My students have had a lot of fun experimenting with the wands, trying to attract and repel various objects. The wands are easy for small hands to hold and the magnetic force is strong enough to provide a good sense of cause and effect. These are the best! These are so much fun for kids and my students call them "magic wand". They love to use them in our flex reading groups to segment words. They have been dropped many times, so they are very durable. They also love the brigtht colors and are cheap enough for me to buy more for Student Teachers that have been in my classroom.
