With all of what you read about this item, I give it a 5 star rating. So let's start there. This portable solar panel is made without a battery attached. Therefore this panel is meant to charge a battery bank or the phone directly. After receiving my panel, I tested it out immediately. My iPhone was at 41% battery and I plugged it in directly to the panel and put in the sun. I came back 15 minutes later and it was at 55%. That is pretty incredible. It is JUST under the charge time of a wall charger. I put in direct sun with no clouds and that was my result.Seriously, this unit is incredible. I bought this panel so I can make my small transition to off grid. It will take me a while so baby steps is needed. After charging my phone completely, I now see portables in my home that I can charge and for future thinking, now knowing how much power I would need. The sun is great and this solar panel just unleashes the many ways to harness it's power. I absolutely love this panel. I would wholeheartedly recommend this unit.

this is worth the money spent. Perfect size and weight. charged one iPhone well enough that i am pretty sure it'd be good enough for two. Just used it on a long hiking and listened to downloaded podcasts the entire time and took tons of photos while i was hiking.

Flexible usage, slow as expected. Good

I got a pair and received them at the same time. Item works fine, but one of the ring holes not done properly like the rest.

No matter what brand cord i hook up between my phone and the charger, it keeps turning off because it says it is not compatible. It doesn’t really do me any good when it won’t maintain a connection.

Unable to charge my Iphone7.

I really wanted to give this a 5 star but couldn't. It works well but only if good solid direct sunlight, if it's not angled correctly or is too early / too late in the day then it's not getting enough to charge. I love the fact that the USB port is attached making very portable as opposed to comparable products like it, they have corded versions that will over time and wear everntually be the weak point of the product. That being said; I am obsessed with the color green and the color of the green on this panel is great; nice and vibrant. Overall I would still recommend it, but only if you aren't going to rely on it for off grid charging, as larger 3 panel versions can charge even when there is cloud cover.
