Great solution for a niche need. Stronger than they look.
These are working great and Are stronger than I had anticipated. I created bookcase doors that rotate open to reveal a storage space. Tge heavy cases are on wheels, so the hinges do not support the weight: but they act beautifully to anchor the cases for rotating.

Install a bit tricky
As stated in the headline these hinges are a bit tricky to install for proper operation. With over 30 years in the trades, I still had to seriously think things over before figuring out a way to get them installed with decent reveals. Don't know that I'd recommend these hinges to anyone who didn't understand the mechanical and cosmetic constraints involved when hanging swing type doors. Used these hinges for exterior barn doors I built and am happy with them so far. The doors were well under the recommended weight limits at less than 60 pounds each and after two months or so of use they seem to be holding up well. They are virtually invisible with the doors closed and the slight offset out was a big plus for their operation. Note to seller: including some minimal installation/layout guidelines would be a good thing.

Sturdy & Functional
I bought these to install an odd sized door inside a smallish frame up in the loft. I like that the design makes the hinges almost invisible. It also made it pretty easy to install the door as I attached the hinges to the bottom & top of the door first, then it was pretty straight forward to attach them to the wall with the doors swung open. They are heavy duty and worked really well for my purposes.

Perfect hinges for out swinging doors especially for exterior doors
Perfect hinges for top and bottom door mount, can easily hold 50 pound doors. It was exactly what I needed for custom outdoor doors that I made. Top bottom mount hinges are actually better than side mount hinges.

Just what I needed
Didn’t think I was ever going to find something that would work. These work perfectly.

Used for a bookshelf door
These hold up an entire bookshelf as a door and remain hidden from the side. You can see on top but the bookshelf is tall so it doesn’t matter. I was going to use a swiveling caster on the other side of the unit but it was not needed. These hinges hold the bookshelf and at least 100 lbs of weight. My son can ride it open and closed though I didn’t try my 200 lb ass. :)
