Great backback for travel
My favorite backpack. I saw it on the back of a guy at the Berlin Bahnhof and I had to have it. Super great quality and has lots of storage for everything you need to travel with.

My new favorite
I bought this backpack for work and quality is great, you can clean it easily, the water bottle side pocket is not that tall so small water bottles only, I did bought some elastic band to make it hold bigger water bottles to make it better because I love the size of the bag and don’t want to get any other. It fits a lot of things and the big pocket holds a lot for the size, you can fit a laptop and several notebooks and folders. The backpack is very light and very comfortable.

Fantastic. So comfortable, tons of space. This is a great backpack.. I wish I could go back in time and buy it sooner.

This is a little on the small size
On the small size compared to Jansport, but I do like it. I don't like the Red Cross like symbol on it, but it works great. It has nice compartments to it, and hasn't ripped or torn down yet. Great little bag. It's pretty sturdy and cheaper than Jansport now. Jansport has really gone up on it's prices.

Only 3 Weeks of Use
This backpack, after 3 weeks of use, is already breaking. The quality of the backpack is very poor, nothing like what SwissGear used to be. At this rate, in another week, it will be unusable. I do not, recommend this backpack under any circumstances.

Good Commuter Backpack
I was looking at backpacks that were more expensive but I like this bag's look and utility for commuting and everyday use. It's the right size with the right number of pockets organized in an accessible manner. There's a couple of minor deficiencies. As others have pointed out, the side pockets for water bottles are a little small and aren't as taut as I would like. I also miss the loops that some backpacks have on the front of the straps. The front of one strap does have a small pocket for storing credit cards/money or ID badges, which is handy. And the bungee cords give the bag added versatility. It doesn't have a sternum strap, but it's unnecessary. The bag is comfortable enough without it.
